Chocolate Hazelnut Spread – GF/V
If you’re trying to wean the kids off Nutella this healthy version won’t lead to sugar crashes but will keep them sustained with great energy all day.
- 200g hazelnuts
- 125ml seed oil
- 250ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 4 tbsp SugaVida
Slightly roast the hazelnuts (in the oven or in a frying pan) and then put them in the blender to turn them into ‘dust’. Add the rest of the ingredients one by one and mix them together.
This homemade spread can be kept in the fridge for 8-10 days.
