For increased energy: 

Sprinkle onto your morning porridge, fruit, cereal or yoghurt to start the day off right and keep your blood sugar levels stable. 

Caramel- like SugaVida also perfectly complements coffee, giving you an added boost and preventing those afternoon energy slumps. 

SugaVida can also be used as a natural B- complex supplement, stir a teaspoon into your protein shakes, smoothies or water to transform your drink into a nutrient-packed powerhouse.

For improved sleep:

Use a level teaspoon in a little heated milk or water 40 minutes before bedtime to help induce restful and continuous sleep. 

For weight loss and intermittent fasting:

Many customers are using Sugavida and the turmeric lattes to help support them in their intermittent fasting regime.  For those that do and want to keep hunger pangs at bay, these are our suggestions:

When you wake up in the morning, put a heaped teaspoon of either SugaVida or SugaVida Turmeric Latte in your regular hot drink (tea, water with lemon/vinegar, coffee or whathaveyou) drink it while it is hot on an empty stomach and try to break sweat afterwards – could be a brisk walk up and down the stairs in your house or walking your dog or could be full work out. If you feel that your body temperature starting to rise after 30 seconds, stop after 30 seconds if you want. Have another teaspoon shortly afterwards, note the time, and chances are that you won’t feel hungry for food for up to 9 to 14 hours afterwards. Take another teaspoon late morning, another early afternoon and late afternoon, and one early in the evening.

For improved skin, hair, nails and eyes:

SugaVida has been shown to increase glucuronic acid production by human liver even if you continue using simple carbohydrates in your food diet such as alcohol, processed wheat, processed sugars, man-made chemicals in “medication” and similar.  We recommend that you use at least 5 teaspoons of either SugaVida or SugaVida Turmeric Lattes. Due to improved liver cleansing customers have reported that improvements to hair, skin and nails.

For professional and recreational athletes:

Many athletes use SugaVida as an aid to increase oxygen levels and  decrease lactic acid production. We recommend using a tablespoon of SugaVida 20 min before your exercise and another 20 minutes after you finish.

As Sugavida helps to keep your blood sugar levels stable and prevent sugar crashes, you will notice that you will no longer snack in between your meals

Lung capacity increase:

In a study SuagVida has been shown to increase lung capacity by up to 20% within 8 weeks providing that you use 40 grams daily (4 tablespoons).. 

Hair growth and alopecia:

For those who experiencing hair loss and alopecia, due to the high levels of B vitamins and iron you may notice your hair becomes thicker and more glossy.  Try using 150 grams of SugaVida daily for a period of 7 months. Fungal infections:

Due to its anti-microbial properties, Sugavida does not feed yeast or fungus so can be used on candida diets.  We recommend using 250 grams of SugaVida daily for a period of 7 days. A number of our customers have had some wonderful feedback.
